Fruits of my labor from my completed woodworking class. Let's take a look at what's inside...


Our first project -- a "push stick".


These are sanding blocks -- one that holds a full sized sandpaper and another that holds half.


My favorite is this mallet. It looks a little artsy -- too good to actually use.


The last project (and the hardest) was a toolbox...


it even comes with a tray.


It's my Mom's birthday. She wanted to go to Cafe Sierra at the Universal Hilton.


Let's see who came to celebrate.


This side of the table was a little sunny.


Seafood galore -- grab legs and lobster thermidor.


One of the highlight was the shark's fin soup.


Dessert - a nice way to end the night.


It's Lisa and Dean's birthday -- let's celebrate!


I think they are going to get their wish.
