I had a bet with my friend to replace, what looks like a perfectly good toilet bowl, with another within an hour. Start the clock!

The old bowl removed.

A close up of the toilet hole. Our troubles began when the two bolts used to hold the toilet was too short. Had to run to the hardware store in search of longer ones.

The wax ring on the underside of the bowl -- notice we had to use TWO wax rings to ensure a good seal.

Bowl attached to the floor and tank attached to the bowl.

Filling the tank -- no leaks!

Voila -- the finished product! After two and a half hours of "work", this is the result of the work of two amateur handy-men. I guess I lost the bet.
